Week 2–6Launch & Handover
We handle the deployment, set up your hosting, configure your domain, and make sure everything is live and working perfectly. Then we hand over full ownership — code, accounts, assets, everything.
Week 6–830 Days Free Support
For the first month after launch we stay closely involved — fixing any issues, answering questions, and making sure everything performs as expected in the real world.
Post-launch💳 How payments work
We work on milestone-based payments — you pay in stages as the project progresses, not everything upfront. Typically: 40% to begin, 30% at design approval, 30% at launch.

5 Mistakes Businesses Make When Building a Website or App
After working across industries and project sizes, these are the mistakes we see most often — and the ones we make sure never happen on our projects.
The cheapest quote rarely means the best value. A poorly built website costs more to fix than it did to build. We've rebuilt more websites than we can count that were originally built cheap and fast — and failed at both. Ask to see real work, speak to past clients, and evaluate communication as much as cost.

We know hiring someone to build your digital product is a significant decision. Here are the real answers to the things most people are wondering.
How much will it cost?
Every project is scoped individually — we don't believe in packages that force you to pay for things you don't need. After a free discovery conversation we'll send you a clear proposal with a fixed price for the agreed scope. No surprises, no scope creep unless you ask for it.
How long will it actually take?
For most projects, 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch. This includes design, development, testing, and deployment. Timelines are defined in the proposal and we build buffer in so we can genuinely stick to them.
What if I don't like the design?
You'll see and approve the design before we build anything. We work in Figma — you can click through the mockup, give detailed feedback, and we revise until you're happy. We never start development on a design you haven't signed off on.
Will I be able to manage it myself after?
Yes — that's a requirement, not a nice-to-have. We build with your team's capability in mind, provide full handover documentation, and offer a walkthrough session at launch so you know exactly how to manage what we've built.
Will it work properly on mobile?
Every project we deliver is mobile-first, cross-browser tested, and checked on multiple screen sizes before launch. Mobile performance is non-negotiable for us — not an optional extra.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
The first 30 days post-launch include free support — we fix any issues quickly. After that, we offer flexible ongoing support retainers or ad-hoc support depending on what you need.
